Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL CLAIMS LLC, ACCURACORE, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless All Claims LLC, AccuraCore, and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
Your use of the Services
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of applicable law
Your infringement of third-party rights
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if:
You violate these Terms
Required payments are not made
We believe your activities pose legal, security, or operational risks
Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred before termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Illinois.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.
